See how work really gets done.
CyberWall Insights shows active vs. idle time, the apps and websites your team uses, schedule adherence, and what unproductive time is actually costing you — without keystroke logging.
The reports you need to run a productive team
The full workforce-analytics suite — real-time visibility, productivity, schedules, usage and the dollar cost of lost time — built into the same console that protects your business.
Real-time
Who's active, idle or offline right now, what they're working in, and how long they've been at it.
Productivity by user
Productive, unproductive, undefined and passive time per person — against your daily goal.
Trends & timelines
Day, week and month trends plus a 5-minute timeline of each person's day with their schedule.
Schedule adherence
Late starts, early finishes and absences against each employee's schedule, with a grace period.
Apps, websites & categories
Time by application, website and category — Email, Office, Accounting, Chat — with who and when.
Alarms
Job-search or file-sharing sites, USB copies, long idle stretches — sent to email, Teams or Slack.
Financial loss
Turns unproductive time into untapped capacity and dollars per month — the number owners care about.
Activity log & exports
A searchable audit trail of every activity, and CSV export on every report.
How it works
No servers to manage and nothing for employees to set up.
Deploy the agent
We push the lightweight Windows agent through Microsoft Intune (or a one-click installer). Employees see a clear monitoring notice.
Set goals & schedules
Pick your productive-hours goal and work schedules. Common apps and sites are already categorized — adjust any of them company-wide or per person.
Get insights
Dashboards fill in within minutes. Turn on alarms, share reports with managers, and see exactly where capacity is being lost.
What is lost time costing you?
Move the sliders. This uses the same math as the Financial loss report inside CyberWall Insights.
Not sure what your real number is? Most teams don't know until they measure it — that's what the free trial is for.
Insight, not surveillance
Employees work better when monitoring is transparent and fair. CyberWall Insights is built to measure work patterns — not to read people's private lives.
We never
- Record keystrokes or anything typed
- Read page contents, emails or messages
- Read the full web address — only the site name (e.g. quickbooks.intuit.com)
- Capture screenshots while a computer is locked
- Sell or share your data
We always
- Show employees a clear monitoring notice
- Keep screenshots off by default — an optional add-on you control
- Delete screenshots automatically on your schedule (7, 14 or 30 days)
- Keep each company's data separate and visible only to that company
- Protect access with multi-factor sign-in
Productivity and security in one place
Most productivity tools only watch the clock. CyberWall Insights lives inside CyberWall Shield — so the same agent and console also protect your business.

Frequently asked
Is this legal? Do I have to tell employees?
Monitoring company-owned computers is generally allowed in the U.S., but some states require written notice. CyberWall Insights shows employees a monitoring notice and we recommend adding it to your handbook. Check with your own counsel for your state.
Do you record what people type?
No. There is no keystroke logging of any kind. We measure whether someone is active (keyboard or mouse in use), which app or website is in front, and for how long.
Can you see the websites people visit?
We see the site name (for example youtube.com), not the full address or page contents — so we can tell time on YouTube from time in QuickBooks, without reading anything private.
Does it slow computers down?
No. The agent is a small Windows service that sends short activity summaries a few times a minute.
Who decides what's "productive"?
You do. Common business apps come pre-categorized. You can change any app or site for the whole company, or just for one person — for example, YouTube can be productive for your marketing lead and unproductive for everyone else.
Do remote employees work?
Yes — anywhere the computer has internet. Data reaches the console whether people are in the office or at home.
What happens after the free trial?
If you keep it, billing starts at $4 per active user per month. If not, monitoring simply stops — no contract, no cancellation fee.
